Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the RelaSync platform, published by Relasync SAS, registered at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (hereafter "RelaSync").

Use of the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

RelaSync is a SaaS talent search platform powered by semantic artificial intelligence. It enables professional recruiters to query CV databases in natural language and obtain ranked results by relevance.

3. Access to the Service

Access is reserved for professionals acting in the course of their recruitment activity. Registration is free up to 3 searches per month. Advanced features are available via a paid subscription (Pro plan at €199 excl. VAT/month).

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of the Service with their credentials is deemed to have been made by the user.

4. Candidate data and GDPR

The user is responsible for the processing of candidate personal data uploaded to RelaSync. They undertake to have a valid legal basis for this processing (Article 6 GDPR) and to inform candidates of the use of their data.

RelaSync acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request at contact@relasync.com.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the RelaSync platform (source code, algorithms, interface, brand) are the exclusive property of Relasync SAS and are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

6. Liability

RelaSync endeavours to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but cannot guarantee absolute availability. In the event of unavailability, RelaSync's liability is limited to a pro-rata refund for the current month.

RelaSync shall not be held liable for recruitment decisions made on the basis of the results provided by the platform. Search results are provided for informational purposes only and do not replace the recruiter's professional judgement.

7. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. RelaSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

8. Amendments

RelaSync reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before changes come into effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris, France shall have jurisdiction.
